Ever hear of a couple of clubs out there called Redrum and Emo's ??? or what about Stubb's???

Ever hear of a couple of clubs out there called Redrum and Emo's ??? or what about Stubb's???

<font size="4" face="Arial">Haven't heard of Redrum but have been to Emo's....more of a punk club, but I know Backyard Babies, Hardcore Superstar and other bands such as these two play there once in a while.

Stubb's BBQ is great...I saw Buckcherry, The Wildhearts, and Siouxsie And the Banshees there... Great place. The cool part about it...is before the show...ya can just eat BBQ there then head out to the back for the show.

nice - I'm thinking about going to see the supersuckers and reverand horton heat at Stubbs - but I'm still not sure. And the other clubs were recommended to me by some band on myspace of all places LOL

There is also The Back Room on River St.
That's the place I saw the Enuff Z Nuff, Bang Tango, Pretty Boy Floyd, and Bullet Boys Rock Never Stops tour....or Hard Rock Tour..not sure...it was a killer show...hung out with Keri, Steve and Keff.
I know the Exies are soon to play there, but most of the time it's really heavy band such as Behemoth, Cradle Of Filth, Deicide....those kinda bands.

Oh by the way, I'll be going to the Dangerous Toys reunion show at Red Eye Fly...should be a great show...2 hrs of DT....no opening band.

well thats the week I'll be there but about 41 miles away from Austin I just figured maybe and thats a little maybe that I might just stay in Austin the night I fly in and go check out a club. I drove by that one place off highway something or another and its where willie nelson plays??? It looks like a barn with an outside amphitheater - you know what I'm talking about???

oh man...to go to that place ya need the proper attire....A mullet, a brushpopper long-sleeve shirt, cowboy boots, and ya must have made an appearance on cops once, before they even let ya in....haha.
